Online Ordering Process


To order online you will need to register an account with us. You can then order any item on this website - entering items into your shopping basket as required. If the items you are looking for are not listed please email us. Once you have finished selecting the products please proceed with your order - this will send an email of the order to us which we will then process. If you have a credit account with us you will be sent the goods together with and invoice which will need to be paid within our usual trade terms. if you do not have a credit account we will send notifcation of the amount of the order - or you can pay using your paypal account.



All prices listed on this website are in £ Sterling and exclude VAT. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Books and catalogues are zero rated VAT items. 

If you have a trade credit account set up with us you will be invoiced upton despatch. Customers without a trade credit account should provide payment details when placing the order. We also have the option of paying by Paypal.

Postage costs
Ordering via this website will entitle you to free postage on your order, so long as the order value exceeds our minimum order requirement, which is currently £50. Your order will be sent by Parcelforce 24 Hour service (UK customers only). 


For international customers, postage will be charged at cost. Customers will be informed of the cost after the order has been compiled and weighed. Acceptance of the postal charge will be required before goods are dispatched.

Stock Availability
Every effort is made to hold sufficient stock to fulfil your order, either from our warehouse in Cornwall, however we cannot guarantee that every product will be available straight from stock. We will, of course, endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. We will contact you if any item is out of stock informing you of the expected delivery date, if known, for your items. If there are any alternatives that are available we will notify you at the same time.

Cancellation of order, refunds and replacement of goods
As orders are usually sent out the same day we receive your order, should you wish to cancel your order, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately by telephone. If after you have received your order and you wish to return any or all of the goods, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately, so that we can rectify the situation without delay. On all occasions you should retain the original packing that your order arrived in, until we inform you otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Any custom made items cannot be refunded.

Privacy and Data Protection
All information gathered from customer orders or enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It is not our policy to offer or sell any information gathered from our mail order activities to any third parties. We will however, from time to time, send existing customers details of the wide range of products that we have to offer. If you do not wish to receive these mailings please contact us and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
